CrossFit is a unique fitness program that emphasizes on constantly varied functional movements preformed at high intensity. At CrossFit Azusa our workouts are constantly varying and not just focused on one movement or activity. We incorporate a variety of movements including Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, and Metabolic Conditioning. Our workouts change daily! Our coaches teach functional movements with proper form and technique as well as encourage movements to be done at a full range of motion. Our athletes move well and train hard!
